What is BPC-157 Oral?
BPC-157 Oral is the tablet form of the well-known healing peptide BPC-157 (see lexicon entry). Since BPC-157 originally comes from gastric juice and is closely tied to gastrointestinal healing, oral use is especially obvious for the digestive tract.
How it works
BPC-157 is associated with the repair of connective tissue and especially the gastrointestinal mucosa and acts on healing signaling routes. With oral intake the effect is likely strongest locally in the digestive tract, systemic absorption is limited.

How to take it
Oral, usually one tablet (500mcg) per day with some water. For gastrointestinal topics often on an empty stomach.

What the research shows
BPC-157 is broadly described preclinically, especially for gastrointestinal protection and wound healing (overview: Seiwerth/Sikiric, 2021). On oral bioavailability in humans the data is thin. Honestly: plausible for local gut effects, for systemic action the injection is the better-evidenced route.
