Knowledge

What you need to know

Description

Adamax is a synthetic peptide with adamantane modification, developed for research applications in nootropic and neuroprotective setups. The adamantane group lends the compound elevated lipophilicity and thereby improved blood-brain barrier penetration.

Per study reports Adamax acts via modulation of cholinergic and glutamatergic pathways in the CNS. Preclinical studies describe effects on learning and memory performance in animal aging models and neuroprotection in oxidative stress models.

The substance is relatively young and less well characterized than classical nootropics like Selank or Semax. Specific data on Adamax is limited.

Pharmacokinetically lipophilic due to adamantane modification with improved CNS availability. Half-life relatively long.

You can order Adamax as lyophilized peptide in 10-pack at 5mg per vial.

Risks & Safety

Adamax is described as well tolerated per study reports. The substance is relatively young and considerably less well characterized than classical nootropics like Selank or Semax.

Observed in research and user reports:

  • Application site: with subcutaneous or intranasal use, mild redness or irritation at the application site is the most common observation.
  • Neuronal modulation: Adamax acts in preclinical models via cholinergic and glutamatergic pathways, a biologically active intervention in central neurotransmitter systems.
  • Adamantane modification: the adamantane group increases lipophilicity and CNS penetration and extends half-life, which prolongs the effect but reduces controllability.
  • Thin data base: the specific data on Adamax is limited, and robust human studies and long-term data do not exist.

This classification does not replace medical advice. Risk and responsibility for any actual use lie entirely with the buyer.
