What is M1T?
M1T (17a-Methyl-1-Testosterone) is an extremely potent oral, 17a-alkylated steroid. It delivers fast, marked gains but comes with a harsh side effect profile - especially strong lethargy, poor well-being and high liver load. Many find the trade-off unfavorable.

How it works
M1T activates the androgen receptor very strongly and does not aromatize. The high potency per mg makes it effective, but the central nervous side effects (lethargy, loss of appetite, malaise) and liver load are pronounced.

What the research shows
As a designer/prohormone steroid there are hardly any controlled human studies. The AAS pharmacology (Kicman 2008, Hartgens & Kuipers 2004) classes the properties.
Side effects
- Lethargy: pronounced - the main problem for many users.
- Liver: 17a-alkylated, very strong - short cycles, liver support.
- Lipids and blood pressure unfavorable.
- HPTA suppression - PCT topic.
