What is NandroMix 300?
NandroMix 300 combines two nandrolone esters in one oil: NPP (phenylpropionate, fast) and decanoate (long), 300mg/ml together. Nandrolone is a 19-nor steroid, classically used for mass building and joint comfort.

How it works
Nandrolone binds the androgen receptor and promotes muscle building and nitrogen retention. It is considered comparatively mildly androgenic but can raise prolactin. The ester mix controls release: NPP acts fast, decanoate long.
As a 19-nor compound it strongly suppresses the body's own axis and may need a longer recovery.
Use
Intramuscular (glute, thigh), ready to use.
- Inject with a clean IM needle, disinfect the injection site.
- Rotate injection sites.
- Subcutaneous: the short phenylpropionate component plus high concentration make it more irritating - only very low volume and if well tolerated, otherwise IM.

What the research shows
A recent meta-analysis (Prokopidis, 2026) found that nandrolone decanoate modestly increases lean mass but does not reliably improve grip strength or bone density, and advised against routine clinical use. That is a sober read: effect on mass yes, clear functional benefit less so.
Side effects
- Possible prolactin rise (libido problems, "deca dick" is often reported, see cabergoline).
- Strong suppression of the body's own axis, longer recovery.
- In women virilization (partly irreversible), lipid shift.
Practice
- Keep an eye on prolactin, consider cabergoline if needed.
- Dose low, plan a post-cycle.
- Banned in official competition (WADA S1), and detectable for a very long time.
Storage
Store at room temperature, cool and protected from light, out of reach of children. Keep the original bottle closed and mind the expiry date.
