What is Trenbolone Enanthate?
Trenbolone Enanthate (Tren E) is the exact same active molecule as Trenbolone Acetate, just with a long enanthate ester instead of the short acetate. That only changes kinetics - the compound rises and clears more slowly, so two injections per week are enough.

How it works
Identical to tren acetate: very high androgen receptor affinity, no aromatization, but progesterone activity (prolactin topic). Once the ester is cleaved, the same trenbolone acts.
Acetate vs enanthate
- Acetate: short, every other day, quickly controllable - better if you want to be able to stop side effects fast.
- Enanthate: long, 2x per week, more convenient - but takes longer for levels to drop if problems arise.

What the research shows
As with tren acetate, the AAS pharmacology applies (Kicman 2008, Hartgens & Kuipers 2004). Compound-specific human studies are scarce since trenbolone is primarily veterinary.
Side effects
- Prolactin/progestin-related - cabergoline as countermeasure.
- Night sweats, sleep issues, aggression.
- Unfavorable lipids, blood pressure.
- Strong HPTA suppression - PCT topic.
Storage
Store the oil solution at room temperature, protected from light - no fridge needed. Out of reach of children.
