What is Equipoise?
Equipoise (Boldenone Undecylenate, EQ) is a testosterone derivative with an extra double bond and a very long undecylenate ester. It builds slowly and mildly, is known for its appetite-increasing effect and a marked increase in red blood cells (EPO-like, more endurance/pump). Originally from veterinary medicine.

How it works
Boldenone activates the androgen receptor and markedly raises erythropoiesis (red blood cell formation). It aromatizes mildly (about half as much as testosterone). Gains are slow but qualitatively "clean" and well retained.

What the research shows
Boldenone is primarily veterinary; human studies are scarce. The AAS pharmacology (Kicman 2008, Hartgens & Kuipers 2004) describes the properties as a mildly aromatizing testosterone derivative.
Side effects
- Hematocrit: the marked EPO effect can thicken the blood - monitor regularly.
- Estrogen: mildly aromatizing, AI if needed.
- HPTA suppression: PCT topic.
- Some report increased anxiety/restlessness at high doses.
Storage
Store the oil solution at room temperature, protected from light - no fridge needed. Out of reach of children.
